Nice place to visit they seem nice to begin with but once they come for the home visit they are very rude and will find any way or reason not to give you a cat , My apartment was fine and she was rude and disrespectful and saying about access to garden like cats don't care if there's a garden or not they would just climb out after the callback I just got a cat on gumtree I would avoid getting a cat here they seem nice at first but after that they are not ! big chance they won't give you one

Absolutely awful. Having to make the decision to rehome our cat has been heartbreaking enough and the lady I spoke to made me feel like the worst person in the world. She had a stern response to anything I said and was quite frankly rude. Constantly interrupting me and not letting me explain our predicament and I felt instantly judged. This woman should not be allowed to give advise or to speak to people who are genuinely upset and have exhausted all other options. She even asked if we could build a patio areas outside and add a conservatory to keep him inside, we don’t have a lot of money and this was just the most ridiculous advise I’ve ever heard. If we could we certainly would have and this horrible lady made us as a family feel worse than ever. I hope no one else has to deal with this woman as she really is a cold character

Absolutely disgusting and judgemental response to a very difficult phone call made just to enquire about rehoming options for our partially incontinent cat who suffered this as a result of injuries sustained after being run over. After nursing her back to life and caring for her for 2 years amongst an extremely busy family life we had decided she requires more than we can offer her. Making this call has taken 2 years and we were judged immediately for wanting to rehome her. I suggest that their policy of being a ‘no-kill’ charity depends on how they’re feeling or which way the wind’s blowing on the day. Today we were told the advice given by the vets to kill her would be right. A healthy 6 year old cat! Other charities haven’t agreed with this option since she is happily living her life and just requires more attention than most. We don’t believe in killing healthy cats either, so our search for the most appropriate home for her continues. Disgusting, backwards thinking charity.

We stopped to deliver some donations, tucked away in the grounds of the village hall. Cats are definitely the priority and all looked loved and well from what we could see from our brief stop by! Unsupported like major charities without vast funding, volunteers are working hard here so please consider supporting them ahead of multinational backed charities.

A wonderful place for Kitties, well looked after and rehome where possible (criteria to be met first) all cats are neutered/spayed and vaccinated. But if they don't find a forever home they will stay there and enjoy a cats life. Recommended

Would recommend anyone who wanted a Cat or Kitten to take a rescued one from here, they are all rescued but once here are very well looked after until they have found a loving new home. All Cats/Kittens are vaccinated, neutered and returned to full health before new homes are sort. We got our 2 abandoned kittens (Paolo & Polly) and 2 Adult Cats (Sid & Andre) after we lost our beloved Puss to an accident and they have brought so much joy to us. Can't thank you all enough.
